Petersfield-based company, Feefo was originated after it became evident that feedback was a vital ingredient in companies’ success. Companies taking advantage of this include Monarch who saw a 3.01% uplift in revenue per visitor, and 2.94% increase in total flight bookings after placing the Feefo widget on the site. Additionally, The Fragrance Shop saw total sales increase by 9.4%, and website traffic increased by 38% after implementing Feefo reviews on product pages.
